We are all afraid of different things and it has an impact on our lives and businesses.
Fear tends to keep us from doing anything that pushes us over the edge of our comfort zone. Why? Because fear of the unknown is scary and we don’t like it. Our comfort zone feeds on these unfounded fears keeping us tied to whatever situation is the most comfy for us at the time.

Worry Less, Do More
There are times that we get so caught up in creating a “what-if” scenario that it keeps us from taking action or causes us to turn down great opportunities. We worry about looking silly, not being prepared, forgetting what we need, or just being embarrassed. Even though we all tend to do this, constantly worrying that something will go wrong is just worthless use of our time and energy. We can’t predict the future. We can only create it by taking action and pushing past the worries in our mind.

Once we understand that, the sky is the limit. Embracing what scares us rather than feeding it will provide huge breakthroughs in our lives and business. That is the key.
